Dementia Friends Information Session: Carlton Dementia & Carers Roadshow

You are invited to this free Dementia Friends Information Session, where you can learn about dementia and discover ways to help make our communities more dementia-friendly. At the end of the session, you'll become a Dementia Friend, understand the five key messages we want everyone to know about Dementia, receive your free Dementia Friends badge and go away with some ideas for how you can make a difference. This is part of a Dementia & Carers Roadshow event from 10 am - 2 pm, where you can speak with a range of support services and dementia groups. All welcome, please note that the Dementia Friends Information session is not necessarily suitable for those in the later stages of their dementia journey.
