Holmes Adult Carer Service is having an open day/coffee morning for their carer respite service this event will give the carers of Sheffield an opportunity to learn more about what HACS does as a service. The open day will be held at Gleadless and District Conservative club. During this open day there will also be dementia friends imformation sessions giving carers a chance to learn more about what it is like to live with dementia and gain a better understanding of dementia.
