Chelmsford is working to become a Dementia Friendly Community. As the population gets older, work around Dementia and other age related conditions will become more important to the Council, businesses and residents alike. Being a Dementia Friend is about giving people more of an understanding of dementia and the things that we can do to make a difference to someone.
