These sessions are open to anyone who wish to have a better understanding of dementia and how they can help people with dementia to live well. The session is open to people living with dementia, their families and the general public. It is delivered in Thornaby at Stockton Borough Councils LiveWell Dementia Hub. The LiveWell Hub is situated next to The Halcyon Centre. Drive as far as you can in the car park and you will see the Hub on the left; tel 01642 527363.
