Dementia Friends Information Session

A Dementia Friend learns a little bit more about what it's like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action. We are attending all the political party conferences this year, so I am going to be in Bournemouth for the Liberal Democrat party conference, come along to find out about some of the key things we think everyone should know about Dementia, and how you can make a difference for people living with Dementia in your every day life.
