Do you know what Dementia is or do you worry about memory loss for you or your relatives? Join Karen for a relaxed interactive session to find out more about the Dementia Friends initiative. Those living with dementia sometimes need a helping hand with their daily lives and to feel included within their community. You will learn more about what it's like to live with dementia & the small things you can do to make a difference. People of all background welcome & free car parking onsite
